Feature of the administrator's console for connecting applications. Using it, an administrator can configure SAP DA/DB to use various document preprocessors to intercept inbound .xml messages from external applications and modify those messages before they actually reach the SAP DA/DB core. Similarly, the type of information reported in an outbound XML message can be fired according to configurable events and sent to different external applications.
