Categorization of amenities and components of a rental object for the representative list of rents

In representative lists of rents, specific values (reductions and surcharges) that play a role in the calculation of rent are dependent on the fixtures and fittings category of the rental object. To this end, the fixtures and fittings are assessed and placed in one of three categories:

Good Medium Poor

Normally the representative list of rents contains a text that defines the minimum criteria that have to be met before a given fixtures and fittings category can be assigned.
