Definicja font page

A font in which each glyph is assigned a numeric code value, called a glyph code. In many traditional systems, a font page is considered to a code page in a one-to-one correspondence; in these cases, a font of this type is often thought to represent a set of characters rather than a set of glyphs.

A font, its elements, and the glyph codes established for its elements are all considered to be independent from Unicode.
