Definicja header file

A flat file in CSV format containing connection identification information that defines one interaction between an agent and a customer.

This file uses structure SPH_STHDRE and contains overview information for the interaction, such as connection ID, connection direction, start time, and queue. It is linked to its corresponding item files by the connection ID.
