Definicja health problem

Used to classify the patient's clinical record. The health problem specifies the reason for a patient's visit to the primary care center or hospital. Any condition or situation that requires medical care is to be understood by problem.

For example, a problem can be a risk factor or a syndrome.

Problems are made available in the form of catalogs. Such catalogs can be standardized (for example, WONCA ICPC2) or compiled on a customer-specific basis.
