Co znaczy HIERARCHY LEVEL (BC-SRV-EDI):

The position of a segment in a tree structure.

The hierarchy levels are defined as follows (algorithms from UN/EDIFACT):

Segments that have no superordinate segments are assigned to hierarchy level 1 (if they cannot be repeated) or 2 (if they can be repeated, or introduce a segment group). Segments that have a superordinate segment are assigned to the hierarchy level one level above the superordinate segment. The highest hierarchy level for a segment is 99.
