Definicja informational cadastral classification

Under German law, the survey office records the usage type of parcels or parts of parcels. Usage types have three-character keys. To help distinguish between the cadastral usage and classifications of other agencies, the cadastral usage key is preceded by the overlay ID. These overlay IDs classify parcels (or parts thereof) by their actual usage. These overlay IDs must be recorded in the real estate cadaster, and include, for example, classifications based on laws for streets, water or forests.
