Definicja maximum stock level (PP-MRP)

Maximum quantity that can be stored for a certain material.

The maximum stock should help to prevent an excess storage supply and thus also prevent excessive capital tie-up or overload on the storage capacities.

For reorder point planning, procurement proposals can be created for the material to fill up the stock to the maximum quantity.
