Definicja normal booking (PE)

A priority assigned automatically or manually to bookings made before the optimum capacity defined for the event is reached.

Bookings with normal capacity are assured a place on the business event. However, when the event is put in firmly booked status and the definitive attendee list is established, bookings with normal priority may be displaced by essential bookings.

Note

Attendees booked for an event when the optimum capacity has been reached are automatically booked with essential priority up to maximum capacity. When maximum capacity is reached, no more bookings are possible. Attendees can be put on the waiting list of the event.
