Definicja public-owned commercial operation

Public-owned commercial operations are institutions with the intention of generating continuous revenues and are maintained by the state. Works for generating revenues for forestry and agriculture are excluded.

Revenues from public-owned commercial operations are subject to tax (corporation tax, trade tax). Public-owned commercial operations are also entitled to deduct input tax.
