Co znaczy QRFC ALERT:

Report in the Core Interface (CIF) for monitoring the data transfer. The report can be found in the SCM system and it monitors all outbound and inbound queues. If the report determines a queue block, it can either send a message to the initiator or another person, depending on the settings made.
