Co znaczy REMUNERATION FORM:

Classifies remuneration into performance-related remuneration, guarantees and flat rates.

Performance-related remuneration is paid on the basis of proof of performance, depending on results (commission, bonus) Guarantees ensure the defined minimum remuneration, which may or may not be offset against other remuneration. Flat rates are based on agreements; payment is made without proof of performance (office costs, market development costs)
