The returns overview displays the list of return material authorization (RMA) numbers. The RMA numbers authorize the customer to return goods to the amount approved by the RMA number. Based on the RMA numbers, the customer can create returns ASNs, which inform the customer about forthcoming return deliveries, in the RMA overview.
