Co znaczy RUSSIAN PENSION FUND:

The body in Russia that manages benefits to which employees are entitled in certain situations, for example, when they retire or become challenged.

Employers pay a certain amount in to the Pension Fund for their employees using the uniform social tax rates (ESN rates). The Pension Fund part of the uniform social tax comprises the following parts:

Federal (also known as 'base part') Cumulated Insurance

All three parts are interlinked and the total percentage contribution is determined by law.
