Definicja social insurance group modifier

A means of fine tuning the benefits to which employees in a given social insurance group are entitled.

Example

You use the social insurance group to determine the amount of pay an employee receives when he or she is sick. The social insurance group is based on the length of time an employee has worked, that is on their seniority.

If the employee is a single mother, she is entitled to a higher level of sick pay for a given level of seniority than a parent who is married.

You use the social insurance group modifier to grant the single mother the same percentage of sick pay as someone in a higher social insurance group.
