Definicja source document (FI)

The original document for the accounting document.

The source document contains the data entered by the user in the transaction system. One or more accounting documents are generated from this for the different accounting systems.

The system assigns a unique number for each source document. It can be identified by this number. This number is also saved in the accounting documents. Thus, from each accounting document, you can use the source document to trace back the accounting documents connected to this activity.
