Definicja tickler process

A process of setting and distributing reminders and eligibility checking for a Federal Nature of Action (NoA) with a future effective date.

For each process established in the system, there is a corresponding future NoA, the start date and end date of the NoA#s waiting period and the effective date of the action.

Furthermore, each process has a set of reminder dates, each with its own lead-time. One tickler is created for each reminder date to send notifications to managers and HR administrators reminding them of the approaching end date.
