Definicja title master

A title master describes a product or a group of products in media companies.

The term has different applications in the various media sectors:

Film industry: The film title is the same as the title master in the film industry: The different formats and exploitation types (video, TV) of a title master are usually combined under a title master here.

Book publishers: The title master is often the same as the ISBN at book publishers. The different formats and exploitation types (such as audio CD) are usually represented as a separate ISBN here.

Sport agencies: The title master at sport agencies is the actual sportsperson or the sporting event for sporting event marketing.

Use

The title master object can be used during by title financial processing and reporting to evaluate revenues, expenses and balance sheets for a title and its associated controlling attributes. This means that comprehensive financial reporting is possible at title or title attribute level.
