Definicja vapor pressure

The level at which a liquid or solid substance is in equilibrium with its own vapor.

Vapor pressure is dependent on the temperature of the corresponding solid and liquid phase. To compare the vapor pressure of two substances, a constant temperature is specified as the reference temperature on tremcards. This temperature can be different depending on which dangerous goods regulation applies.
