A central tool in activity management which supports the sales team in scheduling and carrying out their activities. In activity scheduling, sales employees can select business partners from the following sources:Tours Tasks Business activities Standard or advanced business partner search
During activity scheduling, sales employees trigger the system to generate activity proposals, based on employee working hours and existing activities. Activity proposals are displayed in a calendar view, and can be rejected or accepted, and, if applicable, re-scheduled within the calendar.
