The customer bill of services (customer BOS) in the BOS that contains the original document from the customer and that is processed by the supplier.
The BOS is processed from the function descriptions, technical plans and instructions in a functional bid invitation. The customer BOS can be found in a document item in a sales document. During costing, it is extended by costing items. The service contract is completed on the basis of the customer BOS (without costing items).
The customer BOS, together with the costing items, forms the planning basis for the building construction.
Entry and billing of the services performed also takes place on the basis of the BOS.
