Definicja substitution (PT)

A working time that deviates from an employee's planned working time and that is assigned to a different position and hence remunerated differently.

Substitutions allow you to record short-term deviations to an employee's personal work schedule and pay, regardless of whether the substitution replaces or covers for an absent employee.
