Service charge settlement

The surcharge schema specifies if the system calculates surcharges on the settlement result during service charge settlement, and, if so, how this calculation takes place. The surcharge is entered as a percentage of the settlement result (that part that is calculated for a real estate contract, regardless of whether or not advance payments were made and what their amounts were).

Examples:

Germany: apportionment loss risk

For publicly subsidized housing, a surcharge is imposed for apportionment loss risk.

Switzerland: management costs surcharge

All tenants are required to pay a surcharge to cover costs of managing the real estate object.
