Describes the intermediary organization if an indirect contract has been signed between the SAP Biller Consolidator provider and the partner.

In the case of an indirect contract, the SAP Biller Consolidator provider has signed a single contract with one organization (for example, a financial institution) who in turn has signed a contract with the participating party acting as biller. In this case, the financial institution is the agency for the contract between the provider and the biller.
