Definicja characteristic group (RE)

A grouping of characteristics belonging to a characteristic category. These characteristics are used for adjustments based on the representative list of rents or on points. From the characteristics that belong to the same group (within a characteristic category), you can only select one (fixtures and fittings) characteristic, or enter points for only one characteristic.
