Co znaczy GENERIC TRANSACTION:

Transaction that depicts structured and non-structured financial products, and which is used to analyze risk and calculate yields.Structured transactions can be depicted as various elementary transactions arranged in a hierarchy.For example, a loan with the right of cancellation can be depicted as a call option on a loan.

The generic transaction is used as follows:

To depict transactions that cannot be mapped in the system in any other way To store transactions imported from non-SAP transactions in a standard way

The generic transaction is stored on the database.It has the same structure as the internal risk object, and is hence also referred to as the external risk object.
