Definicja guarantor contract

The guarantor contract regulates the contract relationship between the producer, supplier and guarantor. It regulates the breakdown of waste disposal costs between producer and guarantor, and the breakdown, according to inventory management, of the disposed waste and recyclable material between supplier and guarantor. Only one waste fraction can be allocated to a guarantor contract.
