A protection that ensures that a technical object that is managed as an item in an Operational WCD can only be tagged or untagged from certain Operational WCDs.
After an operational protection has been set, tagging and untagging is only possible from those Operational WCDs that are linked together directly by the superior work clearance applications. These Operational WCDs form the protected area.
