Definicja quick keys
Shortcut toolbar for telephony functions. This toolbar can contain a maximum of 12 buttons. Unlike the Interaction Center (IC) application toolbar, quick keys are optional and your system administrator can specify where they appear on the screen.
The system administrator places the quick keys near the bottom of the IC screen to provide agents with faster access to telephony functions by eliminating the need to scroll up to access the IC application toolbar.
