ExampleIf the commission recipient brokers 500 contract acqusitions in a year, that person receives, for example, 1000 EUR as a bonus. If 80% of the performance target is reached, the bonus is reduced to 800 EUR. If the target is surpassed, 1200 EUR is remunerated.
