Definicja bonus (ICM)

Remunerations that are periodically guaranteed to the commission recipient, when this person achieves a certain amount of the sales revenues that are either normal for the industry, or have been set out in the contract.

Bonuses are normally scaled on a percentage basis, according to the sales achieved. A bonus is remunerated based on a period-based activity.

If the commission recipient brokers 500 contract acqusitions in a year, that person receives, for example, 1000 EUR as a bonus. If 80% of the performance target is reached, the bonus is reduced to 800 EUR. If the target is surpassed, 1200 EUR is remunerated.
