Definicja cash flow (RE)

Co znaczy CASH FLOW (RE):

A listing of records related to postings.

Planned records are displayed in the cash flow for conditions for postings that have not yet been generated.

These planned records generate postings in Financial Accounting (FI) when periodic posting is run. The planned records are thereby converted into actual records.

The following applications of the Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component use the cash flow:

Real estate contract

The conditions of the real estate contract generate the partner-related cash flow. If distributions to usage objects are also planned, then an object cash flow also results.

Rental object (for vacancy)

If a rental object is vacant, then the conditions of the rental object generate a vacancy cash flow.

The following applications in the Real Estate Management (RE) component use the cash flow:

Lease-out Rental unit (for vacancy) Management contract (for periodic fees) General contract
