Funtion which controls how the system splits the schedule lines of the current scheduling agreement release (forecast/planning delivery schedule or delivery-relevant release) into schedule lines for the new due delivery schedule.

For example: The exact monthly requirements of the forecast/planning delivery schedule can be split into quantity portions of equal size which are exact to the week or to the day.
