Definicja integrated attribute

An attribute that is automatically copied from the legal contract to the operational contract and can be analyzed for reporting purposes, typically for compliance.

Integrated attributes may trigger subsequent actions in follow-on contracts. For example, an integrated contract attribute for payment terms may be used in the contract and a default value is set. When the contract containing this integrated attribute is used in a purchase order, the system defaults the payment terms with the value defined in the legal contract. There may by integrated attributes that do not trigger actions in follow-on documents.
