Definicja real property loan

Encumbrance of a property that means the holder of this encumbrance is entitled to a specific amount of money (including interest and incidental benefits) from the property if the loan is not paid. The same rules apply as for a mortgage, except that this loan does not require that a debt be recorded in the land register.
