Co znaczy RISK SEGMENT:

To differentiate risks in a meaningful way, banks have to assign each personal loan to a particular risk segment.

Each risk segment contains a meaningful number of loans that have similar characteristics. The risk segments are based on lenders and template properties. Basel II stipulates which methods are used for assigning personal loans to risk segments.
